The design ensures implementation of all safety requirements prescribed by international standards.



SOCKET-OUTLETS

  • The socket-outlet contacts have a long life, in compliance with IEC standards. 10,000 strokes.

  • Socket-outlets have shutters as protection against contact with live elements.

  • The shutters prevent manual insertion of a metal item into the outlet. The shutter is not a barrier when a plug is inserted.

  • Screw-type terminals for safe acceptance of conductors with a cross-section of 1.5-2.5mm2. High barriers between the terminals provide safety against conductor short circuits.

  • The optimum wire length is engraved on the housing.

  • Protected against rough and improper handling.



Module installation

INSTALLATION OF THE SCHUKO SOCKET-OUTLET MODULE



Remove the plastic mask.





Insert the Schuko socket-outlet module into the supporting frame. The supporting frame is not mounted in the installation box.





Install the conductors.

1. Projections on the side of the terminals.

2. Projections on the side of the socket contacts.





Replace the socket-outlet plastic mask. In the event the mask has been turned wrongly, it cannot be installed on the module.

DE-INSTALLATION OF THE SCHUKO SOCKET-OUTLET MODULE



When removing, first detach the outlet plastic mask and then detach the module at the rear using a screwdriver.



1. Adjusting holes along the x and y axes.

2. Holes for fastening the cover plate. The cover plate fastening holes are complemented with supporting holes, which increases resilience of the entire attachment system.

3. Cone-shaped points for non-standard attachment ensure significant flexibility in the installations as they enable direct installation on any surface, even on panels and profiles where the use of boxes has not been envisaged or has proven impossible.

4. Module alignment.





At the rear, the whole supporting frame is reinforced with a net structure that strengthens it.





The cover plate is installed without the use of any tool by inserting it into the supporting frame.
Cover plate removal holes allow easy insertion of a screwdriver and de-installation of the cover plate without damaging it.
